# Visualization

NeuTu is a GUI application that allows the user to interact with data as intuitively as possible. To this end, we provide two visualization modes in NeuTu. The 2D View provides a slice-based display of image and annotation data, while the 3D View shows those data in the 3D space. These two views can control each other through a direct communication channel to facilitate navigation.
